How to contribute to St. Matthew’s Memorial Garden

Anyone can make a donation to the garden; it is not limited to church members.  Maybe you know someone who once attended St  Matthews; this could be a way for you to make a fitting tribute.  If you live in our neighboring community, you may want to honor a loved one in this serene and tranquil setting.

Depending on the amount you choose to donate, we offer pavers in the center pathway of the interlocking rings.

For a $200 donation, you can enscribe a 4 x 8 inch concrete paver with 3 lines (16 characters including spaces) of engraving in standard block text.  For a donation of $250, you may engrave 4 lines.

We also offer benches made from South Texas sandstone.  For a donation of $1000, you are entitled to engrave the 11 x 40 inch seat of a 20 inch tall bench secured to a concrete pad.  The amount of engraving is only limited to what will fit in standard size text (approximately 1 inch in height).

Please visit our garden to see how the pavers and benches are nestled into this peaceful setting.  Once you have decided on your wording, please complete our Memorial Garden Pledge Form which has space for the wording and drop it off at one of our Sunday Services by placing it in the collection plate, at the church office between 9:00 AM and 12 noon, Monday through Friday or return a scanned image by e-mail to office@stmatts-uc.org.
